Tournament refund / cancellation policy Plastic Pilots is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds will only be given until 03/30/2026 7pm PST. Refund requests or tournament withdraw will incur a fee of $10. A refund will be given minus the $10 fee. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
