Amateur Payout ($12)
$12 per player is allocated to Amateur Payout in the form of credit to onsite merchandise.
Ace Pot - The ace pot starts at $100! If there are no aces, it will be added to the next Dallas Am Series event.
CTP Prizes
We will have CTP prizes on a bunch of the holes! CTP prizes can be picked up at the end of the event.
Series Points
Players will earn points for every Dallas Am Series Series Event you compete in, and bonus prizes will be awarded based on the number of points they earn throughout the Series! Players will receive the following points for each event they compete in:
- 5 Points for entering an event
- 1 Point for every player beaten
- 5 Points for finishing in 1st place
- 3 Points for finishing in 2nd place
Once you earn 25 points you will be eligible to play in the Dallas Am Series Finale at Hideaway! Invitations will be sent out August 1, 2026!
The Series points winners in each division will receive a trophy from LZR Prints and free entry into the Series Finale. Series Points are tracked here: . (A minimum of 10 unique players in the division is required for free entry.)
Raffle
We will have a raffle during the event that will include a bag or basket, rare and unique discs, and other goodies. Tickets can be purchased during check-in or after the round during payout. We will draw the raffle winners once amateur payout is complete.

Refund policy
Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.
>7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
2 to 6 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.
48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
