Please read thoroughly. First off, many thanks to our sponsor Sneaky Penguin Brewing Co., to our am payout partner Another Round Raleigh, and to Clark Nichols who has now co-TD'd 3 years of this event with me. Here's the basics:
- Two-day, Two-Round B-Tier with tee times
- $750 added cash to pro purse
- 2026 NCDG Point Series (MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, FA1)
- Raising awareness/money for the The Aphasia Project (TAP)
COURSE CLOSURE:
The course will be closed for casual play BOTH Saturday and Sunday. We have rented the facilities in partnership with Raleigh Parks and Recreation
ENTRY FEES:
$35 for ams
$40 for pros
PASS-THROUGH FEES (PDGA 5.04.A.3):
Sanctioning Fee ($75), Insurance ($50), Player Fees ($4 per)
Raleigh Parks Rental ($432)
NCDG Series ($1 per, only for divisions mentioned above)
TD Fees ($4 per) - For supplies, etc.
Financial Report showing 100% of income/expenses will be published as a picture after the event. The TD fees above will be used to purchase paint, flags, other supplies, and trophies for pro divisions. Any amount left over will be added back into the event and/or donated to the charity above. Clark and I volunteer our time for CHC, and value transparency.
PAYOUTS:
Top 45% in each am division will receive vouchers to Another Round Raleigh
Top 40% in each pro division will be paid out via PayPal within 24 hours of the event
AM PLAYER PACK ITEM:
Each am will receive a drink voucher to Sneaky Penguin. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. For players under 21, the certificate may be used to purchase non-alcoholic beverages or merchandise.
TROPHIES:
1st place for divisions with 1-4 players
1st and 2nd for divisions with 5-12 players
1st, 2nd, and 3rd for divisions with 13+ players
(PRO AND AMS will receive trophies)
Divisions without registration will be condensed at the end of the day on March 13, 2026 for trophies
If your division is not available (prior to 3/13/26), please make a comment. If two or more people express interest, we may open up additional divisions based on player cap, schedule, etc. After the deadline, if you are the only player in your division and request to withdraw, we may close the division. We appreciate your understanding as we pre-order trophies.
TEE TIMES:
First group will tee at 8:30am, with tee times running every 12 minutes. The last possible tee time if the event fills will be 2:00pm. Divisions will tee in the following order: MA40, MA60, FA40, FA60, MA4, FA4, MA3, FA3, MA2, FA2, MA1, FA1, MP40, MP60, FP40, FP60, MPO, FPO. (May be adjusted based on final registration).
LAYOUT:
Day 1 - all divisions will play to the short pin positions, holes 7/18 will be played from the short tees
Day 2 - all divisions will play to the longest pin positions, holes 7/18 will be played from the long tees
BOTH DAYS We will start on hole 12. Please note hole 11 will be used, so be cautious when parking. The creek will be marked OB on holes 1, 2, 15, and 16. Hole 7 drop zone will be short pad (rd1) and short pad/behind the basket (rd2). Hole 8 is still unavailable, so we will play the "temp" pad near the restroom. Concrete/fenced in areas are OB like usual.
PLAYER'S PARTY:
Friday, April 10th - Sneaky Penguin is hosting a player's party from 6pm to 8pm. We encourage everyone to join in supporting our event sponsor!! Must be 21+ to consume alcohol at the event. Families welcome.
FEATURED CHARITY:
Lee Hilts, fellow disc golfer, and Board Member for The Aphasia Project approached us in January to support a local org in he Triangle. Aphasia occurs following a stroke, brain injury, brain tumor, etc. and is a language disorder that can alter a person's ability to speak, listen, read, and/or write. Aphasia affects more than 2.5 million Americans. We encourage you to learn more at https://www.aphasiaproject.org/ and please consider making a donation along with your event registration. 100% of the proceeds collected will directly benefit the 501(c)(3) organization.
NC DISC GOLF POINT SERIES:
Join the world champions, hall of famers, and architects of NC disc golf who have engraved their name on a historic trophy passed from winner to winner each year. A $1 fee per MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, and FA1 player will be passed through as part of this event. All other CHC divisions will not incur the pass through fee. Please contact Andrew Horne for more info.

Refund policy
Another Round Raleigh has partnered for this event to provide players packs and payouts. AR is responsible for all refunds and cancellations in compliance with section 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual.
Any amount not refunded after applicable fees will either be re-invested back towards the player experience, or be donated to Triangle Aphasia Project.
