WELCOME TO THE BIRDIE DERBY!
Come one, come all! We invite you to a casual round of disc golf at Nick Saelens Memorial Park, Durand, IL and Twining Park, Monroe, WI. This an optional 2 round tournament. Meaning you do not have to play both rounds. You can pick and choose one or the other. You can also play both days! Show up, get your discs, and play for only $35(Adults) or $30(Under 18). The Birdie Derby is the perfect event for anyone and everyone curious about the game of disc golf. Take on the course with just your players pack and see who comes out on top!
Players will select a tee-time from 9am to 3pm. Again this is optional at either Durand on 6/6/26 and/or Monroe 6/7/26. There will be up to 5 players per card. An average round can take up to 2-3 hours to play.
PLAYERS PACK
As part of your sign up, you get three discs exclusive to the Birdie Derby valued at $55 to play your round with. These discs are some of Prodigy’s most popular plastic blends and models with exclusive artwork.
Meet your teammates:
• Anchovy is an ambitious little Penguin, ready to soar to new heights no matter the odds on the Rook Putt & Approach Disc. Formerly the P Model US and renamed with the input from dozens of Prodigy's TEAM, the Rook is a wonderfully smooth flyer with a nice understable touch and substantial glide, making it the perfect match for any Derby player. This disc comes in our colorful 300 Fractal plastic, where no two discs look alike!
• Papaya is an eager Toucan ready to take to the course and hit every line on the M4 Midrange disc! It's an extremely reliable understable midrange disc, and one of the most popular in the Prodigy line-up. It's designed for all players and flies extremely far for a midrange. Players can expect it to turn up when thrown hard, with an extra-long glide and a soft straight finish. With a pristine 400 Glimmer look, these M4's will be an instant hit for your bag with how it flies, feels, and looks
• Chili the Cardinal is ready to go the distance on the H4 Hybrid Driver. The H4 provides amazing control and dependability for any shot type.
