9:30am - 9:45am
Players Meeting - Go over the 24 hole course and hazards, Mandy's, OB's and any changes, I will cover any CTP's and Ace Pot Info. I'm using Tee Assignments for every division for the first round. DO NOT JUST GO TO ANY HOLE ONLY THE ONES ASSIGNED TO YOUR DIVISION. On Friday Only we will do limited moving around within your division Only on the hole I've assigned to the division. Come Saturday Morning No More Changes!!! - Unless It's to Add new players or remove players not able to attend.
9:45am - 10:00am
Top of the Card Get all the scorecards for all of your group (Leave the Tally cards please), Get everyone together before going your Tee. Will have a map for each card. Keep Scorecards together, Everyone take a turn keeping score during the round. Head to your Assigned Tee!
10:00am - 2:30pm
First Round of 24 Holes - I will call 2 Minutes (Two short blasts on the Horn) then Start (one long blast on the Horn) Turn in scorecards after round. Likely a Dubs round with take place after the First round Saturday
2:30pm - 3:00pm
Total and Turn in your Scorecards to TD Central. Total must be a Number not a +/-. Wrong cards get actual score plus 2 strokes. Cards not turned in after 60 minutes after last card Finished Gets a DNF/999.
3:30pm - 6:30pm

About this tournament
The waitlist has been turned on so if your division is full still signup for the division you intend to play. That is the Only way to get Into the Event. I will move around open spots in a few weeks, want to give every division a chance to get in. After that as people drop out I will fill from the Waitlist into the division you signed up. All remaining open spot will go to the Waitlist on Monday April 27th.
Fire restrictions are defiantly a possibility, so watch for updates. Propane Fire pits are good either way. Firewood is around but not much near any of the Camping areas any more so it's a good idea to bring Firewood with you if open fires are allowed.
Lots of Primitive Tent/Camper Camping around the course. However Try to bring something to take Human Waste back with you. Or bring a Shovel and go 10-12" deep and cover it back up, Burn your TP. Don't want to have your Poop all over someone else's Disc or someone's Dog find it and rolls in it to bring it back to give them some Love :( Happens almost every year :)
Big Glade is at 8800 feet and it can get COLD at night even in good weather so be prepared for Temps possibly below 32. It also can also be Hot with very high UV In the afternoon, Sunblock (30+) is a good Idea. Bugs are sometimes a Problem too, Remember Insect Repellent. Drink lots of Water, Altitude Sickness is real here

The Road seems to be getting worse the last few years, especially the last mile or two. Big RV's are having problems so plan accordingly.
From Heber take US-40 East to Daniels Summit/Lodge (20-25Min). About ¼ mile passed the Lodge look for the Main Canyon Rd Sign on the Right (SW) take the right on to the dirt road. This road is FR046 on most maps and it's 5.6 miles from here to Big Glade. A little more than a Mile in you will come to a split, Right goes to Big Glade (Go Right), Left for Buck Springs (Don’t go this Way). Its another 4+ miles to Big Glade, the road can be a little rough in places. There are a few other smaller roads taking off, just stay on FR046 and your Good. You can’t miss Big Glade, plus there is a Sign just in case you missed it. Fore Good Camping Areas around the course, Two Big one and two other smaller areas. Camping also in Little Glade and by the pin of hole 2 & 23/24
