About this tournament
2 rounds of play
West Kentucky Disc Golf Trail 2025 Tournament Series.
$750 added through out the divisions thank to Planters Bank.
The series will be 8 events.
Each event will be a PDGA C-tier, 2 rounds on one day,
Both Pools will play one round long and one short with the following differences.
A- Pool will play Hole 1 long both rounds.
B-Pool will play Holes 1, 13 and 15 Short both rounds.
Pro entry fees $51, Amateur entry fees $31. (includes $3 PDGA fee, $5 series fee for year-end payouts $3 TD fees)
Pros payout via PayPal Goods and Services , Ams Payouts on site or Strong Side Disc Golf Web page.
Amateur players’ package: No Players package(Price includes $3 PDGA Fee, $3 TD Fee, $5 series fee for year end payouts)
Ace Pot will be CTP on a hole during round: If no ace is hit 50% of Pot will go to the following tournaments in the series and 50% of Ace pot collected in this tournament goes to the CTP winner.
Current ace pot roll over is $60 plus this tournament.
Points will be accumulated for year-end division champions. One point for each person you beat in your division.
This is the last event of this year. come out and enjoy the day. We will have a ton of CTPs for everyone. Also end of year awards will be presented to the winners if present(will ship if they are not there).

Strong Side Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Competitors who officially request to withdraw from the registered list 30 days before event date will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will 50% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.
Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will receive 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.
Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive their players packs, if needed to be shipped Players will pay shipping cost.
Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive 25% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee.
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no competitor pack.
