About this tournament

Welcome to the 2025 Strawberry Cup at Pinto Lake! Just like last year, this will be a 2-day, 2 round B-Tier on a fun, yet challenging 25 hole layout with shotgun starts each morning. Am divisions will receive a sweet player pack and will be playing for trophies and glory. Pros will be playing for cash and trophies, with a minimum of $750 in added cash to the payout.

Tournament pass-through fees include: $3 TD Fee & $2 Club Fee

Refund policy

Pinto Lake Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Per Competition Manual 1.03:

Withdraws/refunds requested on or before 7/10 are guaranteed a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees).

Withdraws/refunds requested 7/11-7/26 will receive a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees) only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 50% monetary refund or amateur player's pack.

Withdraws/refunds requested 7/27-8/07 will receive a full refund with a handling fee only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 25% monetary refund or amateur player's pack. A $10 handling fee will be applied to all withdraw/refund requests 7/27-8/07.

Refunds requested after 8AM on 08/07 - "Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund". Your registration fees will be donated to the event and no refunds will be given.
