The Southern New England Disc Golf Open is more than just a tournament — it’s a full weekend experience. Compete on two of Southern New England’s premier courses with:

● Volunteers
We are seeking anyone who would like to help make this event a success. There is always a spot for someone to help with check-in, lunch time, course prep, spotting/flagging, and more. If you'd like to help, sign up for the Volunteer (non-playing) division. Volunteers will receive a free lunch and a disc (while supplies last).
● Trophies
Trophies will be ordered based on division sizes as of October 4.
Divisions with fewer than 4 players by October 4 may be consolidated.
• 2–4 players: 1st place trophy
• 5–12 players: 1st & 2nd place trophies
• 13–24 players: 1st–3rd place trophies
• 25+ players: 1st–5th place trophies
• Pro divisions: 1st place trophy only
● Fees
Pass-through fees for all players:
• Greens fees: $14 (covers both courses)
• PDGA fee: $4
• TD fee: $4

Round 3:
Normal Willow Valley Layout, but starting on Hole 4 and ending on Hole 3
● Ace Pot & CTP Pool
- Ace Pot
• Optional $5 buy-in during registration or check-in
• Throw a hole-in-one on any hole during the event to win your share of the pot
• If multiple aces are hit, the pot will be split evenly (example: $300 pot, 3 aces = $100 each)
- Cash CTP Pool
• Optional $2 buy-in during registration or check-in
• Winner-take-all contest on one designated hole at Dragonfly during Day 1 (both rounds)
• The player with the closest drive to the pin wins the entire pot
• Separate free CTPs for each division will also be in play during the rounds
● Raffle
• Raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout Day 1 at Dragonfly
• Prizes include discs, gear, and sponsor donations
• A 50/50 raffle will also be offered, with half the pot going to the winner and half supporting SNEDGO
● Cash Pinata
• Back by popular demand — the Disc Golf Cash Pinata returns on Day 1
• Held after Round 2 at the Dragonfly Beer Garden
• Players who participate will get the chance to take a throw and win cash inside the piñata
• Free for all players who stay to play
● Raffle Drawings
• Winner will be drawn after Round 2 at the Beer Garden alongside the Cash Pinata

• This is a PDGA B-Tier, all PDGA rules apply
• Players must be current PDGA members to participate. (Memberships received on or after October 1st are extended through the end of the following year)
• Live scoring will be used (backup scorecards available)
• True Amateur Format applies: Ams receive player packs and trophies equal to or greater than the value of the entry fee (no merch payouts)
• Updates will be posted here and sent to registered players

All refund requests will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds.
• Only players who request a withdrawal within the refund-eligible window will receive a refund, minus up to a $10 handling fee.
• Fees charged by DiscGolfScene and PayPal are non-refundable.
• Donations to SNEDGO are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after the refund-eligible window has passed or after the event has started.
• Waitlisted players who do not get into the event will receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable processing fees).
To request a refund, please use the withdrawal link in your confirmation email or contact the Tournament Director directly and provide a reason for your withdrawal.
