Refund policy

South Huntsville Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All players who withdraw from the tournament will be charged a $10 handling fee.

***IMPORTANT*****

The last day to withdraw and receive a full refund was 5/8/2025. Players who drop between now and the start of the tournament will receive either their player's pack or a 25% refund. If you request a withdrawal, please indicate in the comments which option you are choosing.
