FREE FOR ALL JUNIORS!! This is the fifth and final part of a monthly series for the Omaha Kids Disc Golf season. This final event is the last event of the season and the final opportunity for the juniors to earn points towards trophies. Will Schram from the Nebraska Disc Golf Company will be on site to run a free instructional clinic for the kids before the round.
This event is sponsored by Nebraska Disc Golf Company and they will be providing CTP prizes for each division!
Where: Treasure Cove Disc Golf Course Iowa Western Community College, Council Bluffs, Iowa (See parking map in pictures.)
When: 9 August 2025 (Date subject to change) - 945-10 a.m. (in-person registration) 10 a.m. (Instructional Clinic with Will Schram) 6 or 12 hole round after clinic. Trophy handouts after final points calculated.
RoE: 1 round of 6 or 2 rounds of 6 holes if participant wants to play longer layout. (If there is a close battle for first place than those players have to agree on how many holes to play. Marked tees for different age divisions, MJ18 & FJ18 Gold Tees, MJ15 & FJ15 Pink Tees, MJ12 & FJ12 Orange Tees, MJ10 & FJ10 Blue Tees, MJ08 & FJ08 Green Tees, and MJ06 & FJ06 Red Tees. Parent/Guardians are responsible for junior's wellbeing and guidance. Course "caddie book"/scorecard will be available to help guide players through the modified course. This is college property so please abide by their rules and be courteous to any staff or students on the property.
The purpose of this series is to give the Juniors more options for competitive disc golf around the Omaha area, allow them to earn more points toward end of the season trophies, and promote Omaha Kids Disc Golf to other areas.
