The Oak Country Club Open returns for its 5th year on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Oak Country Club in DeSoto, KS. This is a 1-day event featuring a 1-round doubles tournament, played on a temporary championship-level course designed by Dick Parker.

This registration is for the Afternoon Doubles ONLY

Entry Fees Include: 1 rounds of disc golf with a golf cart
Entry Fee Breakdown
Doubles: $25 per entry goes to green fees/admin per round
The remaining money goes directly to payouts

MPO, FPO, MA1, FA1 – $100/team
Payouts
Pro Payouts: PayPal or Venmo (please specify during registration)
Amateur Payouts: Redeem at Nexus Disc Golf stores
Refund Policy
Full refunds available until Sunday, October 12, 2025
After that: refund = Entry Fee minus Green Fees (paid to the course one week out)
No refunds after October 15, 2025

Free Lunch for players competing in both Singles and Doubles, provided by Chef Lee Killian
One-round players may purchase lunch for $10
Course Design
The course will play as a par 67–68, championship-level layout, with each golf hole transformed into a unique disc golf challenge.
Hole & Cart Assignments
At registration, choose your starting hole and cart (A or B)
Doubles partners must select the same hole/cart
Starting holes subject to change
Golf Cart Policy
Event provides more than enough carts, so bringing your own is unnecessary
Exceptions allowed only with TD approval and a very good reason

Refund policy
Dick Parker is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds for the event will be available until Oct 12th at 8 pm.. All refund requests after that date/time will be Entry Fee minus "Green Fees". We must pay the golf course 1 week before the event, so that money will not be refundable. Wednesday Oct 15th will be the last day for a partial refund. All requests after Wednesday will be denied.
