About this tournament

Welcome to the 2025 Mountain Meltdown, supported by Innova Disc Golf! This will be a C-tier sanctioned, SoCal DGC Series event at the beautiful Sky High DGC in Wrightwood, CA. We'll be playing a modified Sky High layout using 18 holes for each round, playing two out of the three 9-hole sections at a time. The layout will have some modifications to it (those who have played before have seen them) along with the potential for a few temp holes.
This will be a true amateur event for the amateur divisions. Each amateur player will receive at least one event-stamped premium Innova disc as part of their players pack. Pro divisions will be competing for monetary payouts. Trophies will be awarded to the top finishers in each division. Additional trophies will be awarded based on the number of players in the division.
Pool A will play on Saturday. Pool B will play on Sunday. Both rounds will be played on the same day. Pool A is all amateur players except MA1/FA1. Pool B is all pro divisions and MA1/FA1.
Event Pass Thru Fees Per Player:
Greens fee: $19
PDGA per player fee: $3
SoCal Series fee: $2
TD fee: Up to $3
There is an optional ace pot available for each pool. If no ace is hit, the pot will be donated to charity.
Lunch Option: This year, we are doing the Sky High Grill lunch as an optional add-on for players. If you want to add it on, the Sky High Grill will have your burger ready to go when you come off the course. If not, players are welcome to order something else from the grill or bring their own lunch. Just be aware of the timing when ordering from the grill.
Non-PDGA members are welcome to play. There is a $15 temporary membership fee if you do not have a current membership.
