Welcome back to another installment of Johnny Roberts Memorial Doubles. For repeat players and newcomers we have some format tweaks in place this year to add some excitement, fun, and challenge to the event. The event is still a bring your own partner doubles event. We are heading out the awesome Fort Morgan Courses, Optimist and Pessimist!

3 Rounds total:

• Pool A- Saturday Round 1: 9 am Pessimist- Best Shot
• Pool B- Saturday Round 1: 9am Optimist- Best Drive, alternate after
• Pool A- Saturday Round 2: TBD Optimist- Best Drive, alternate after
• Pool B- Saturday Round 2: TBD Pessimist- Best Shot
• Pool A- Sunday Round 3: 8:30am Pessimist- Best Shot
• Pool B- Sunday Round 3: 8:30am Optimist- Best Shot

As in the past, we will have awards for the best team costume and awards for the Spirit of Johnny. The Spirit of Johnny awards is given to members of the disc golf community that represents the aspects of fun and camaraderie that Johnny Roberts was known to embody. We look forward to spending the weekend with you all, in nature, celebrating the legacy of one of Colorado’s most beloved disc golf legends.

THIS IS A SANCTIONED EVENT. No dogs are allowed during the round.

Mixed AM (male/female) division is Blue division (RAH)
Mixed PRO (male/female)division is Gold Division (RPA)

Formats:
Modified Alternate Shot: Each Player Drives off the tee: Team choses which disc to play: Alternate shot until the hole is finished.

Round 2: Best Shot: Players can play any order or disc they decide.

Prizes for best team costume!

You have 24 hours from when the email that you are promoted off the waitlist to complete registration or your spot will go to the next player.

Refund policy

Mile High Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. The event follows all PDGA rules and guidelines for refunds. All drops up to 14 days prior to the event are subject to a $10 fee, all drops within 14 days of the event are subject to a $10 fee and spot able to be filled prior to any refund. Waitlist fee non-refundable if you do not get in the event.
