Divisional Policies
Per PDGA Rule 5.02, Tournament Directors must offer corresponding women’s divisions for every offered mixed division for at least one week. If no registrants are signed up for these said divisions that have not historically been offered in the Jacksonville Open by 09/26/25 they will be removed. Any division that does not have a minimum of 4 participants by 10/24/25 is subject to be combined with another division.

-Payouts will be in vouchers from Tyler Searle (SOAR Disc Golf)

-Anyone not PDGA Current by October 17th will be issued a refund and removed from event.

-Any person who does not get in off waitlist by November 14th, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST will be issued a full refund.

-No day of sign ups or changes to field will be made after November 14th, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST.

-PDGA Digital Scoring will be used for all rounds

Refund policy

Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 11/07/25 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 11/08/25 AND spot is not filled from waitlist; TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
