2 Rounds of 18 holes - Bring Your Own Partner Doubles
Round 1 - Best Shot Doubles
Round 2 - Alternate Shot Doubles
$60 per team and teams must register together.
This is a charity event in support of Camp Bridges Foundation and will be unrated.
Players will receive a player pack. There is no additional payout or prizes.
All proceeds will be donated to Camp Bridges.
There are no pass through fees being deducted for this event.
Teams should register in the division of your highest level player. If you have a question about which division your team should play in, please ask. I will be happy to help.
Sign up in the RAH division for Mixed Doubles. Mixed Divisions are for Male/Female teams.
The field will be limited to 72 players/36 teams.
Prizes for Best Team Name (keep it clean!) and Best Dressed Team (keep it clean!)
We will play 18 holes of Best Shot doubles in the morning and then 18 holes of Alternate Shot doubles after lunch.
ALL Proceeds from this event will be donated to Camp Bridges Foundation.
Raffle will be held onsite after round 2. Prizes will include, but are not limited to, Black Hole Practice Basket, MVP Pod practice stand, Discs, Bags, and more! All raffle ticket funds are donated to Camp Bridges. Tree love included with each ticket!! - MUST BE PRESENT to win.
Refund policy
All refunds will be made minus a $10 non-refundable registration fee.
Players MUST request withdrawal through the Withdraw button on Disc Golf Scene or by sending an email to the TD at [email redacted]
Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Posting your request to withdraw in the Comments section does not constitute withdrawal.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the by Nov. 13th will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 registration fee that will be donated to Camp Bridges.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event Nov. 14th through Dec. 11th will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 registration fee that will be donated to Camp Bridges, ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will ship the player pack to the player at the player's expense unless the player can make other arrangements for delivery.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration (Dec. 11th) and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player). Forfeited entry fees will be donated to Camp Bridges
