This tournament is the third of a 3 PDGA tournament series hosted by Battlefield Outdoors, benefitting the Honoring the Sacrifice Foundation. The overall points winner at the end of the series, of each qualifying division, will receive a free entry to the Honoring the Sacrifice, B-Tier, charity tournament, which will be played on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

What: This is a 1-round, flex-start, PDGA sanctioned, C-tier tournament. You must be a PDGA member, or pay a $15 non-member fee to participate.

Format: Flex start. You will choose your tee time when you register on discgolfscene.com. Cards will tee off every 10 minutes. First card tees off at 0830

We will accept sameday registrations.

When: Saturday, 6 September 2025
0800 Registration/check-in opens (please check-in at tournament central no later than 30 minutes before your tee time)
0830 1st card tees off and each card will tee off at 10 minute intervals

Where: Minnis Hollow Disc Golf Course, 443 Minnis Rd., Cleveland, TN 37323

Cost: AMs: $35 for PDGA members, (+$15 for Non-PDGA members) & Pros: $45

Ace Pot: $5 Note: after 20 players register for the Ace Pot, a $75 ace bounty will be added to the ace pot. The Ace pot will be paid out by the following priority: 1) Tournament ace. 2) If no ace, a provisional throw-off by players registered for the Ace Pot, at tournament central when each card finishes play. 3) If no aces are hit in the provisional throws, then CTP of the provisional throws will determine Ace Pot winner. Ace Pot will be paid out via PayPal.

CTPs: there will be 6 x $20 cash CTPs, distributed between all participating divisions. All players are automatically eligible. The CTP is no cost.

Divisions: MPO, FPO , MP40, FP40, MA1, MA2, MA3, FA1, FA2, FA3, MA4, MA40, MA50, MA60, MA70, MJ18, MJ15, FA4, FA40, FA50, FA60, FA70, FJ18, FJ15. All divisions compete for CTPs, Ace Pot

Qualifying Divisions: These are the divisions that had active participants in the 1st and 2nd HTS Series events. Participants in these qualifying divisions will compete for the free entry prize for the B-Tier HTS tournament on 8 November 2025. (Value: $60) These are the qualifying divisions: MPO, FPO, MA1, MA2, MA3, MA4, FA(3&4 combined), MA40, MA50, MA60, MA70, MJ(all). If a division is not on this list, for example, FA1 or FA2, if 3 or more participants register for that division in this 3rd tournament, we will include that division as a qualifying division.for a free entry in the HTS B-Tier in November.

Player Pack will include:
1. A $20 voucher for merchandise from our on-site vendor; Battlefield Outdoors.
2. A meal card for a free meal redeemable at Chick-fil-A (value: $9)

Pass-through tournament fees:
Sanctioning fee and mandatory insurance ($2/player)
PDGA per player fee: ($3 ams/$4/pros)
Course and 'day of' event costs: ($2/player)

Scoring: We will use PDGA live scoring. All players must keep score. Access CODE is: HTS3

Sponsorship: If you would like to sponsor a hole for $10, for yourself or a business, I will create and laminate and post 2 sponsorship signs prominently at a tee pad. We can do up to 18 sponsorships...1 per tee pad. You can register and select this option and I will reach out for your information. Thank you!

Refunds and Withdrawals: Will be handled in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03.
