Fundraiser for the Evergreen Women's Disc Golf Series
Doubles Format: Best Shot (unsanctioned)
ADV, INT1, INT2, and BEG are mixed divisions, so you can have two men, a woman and a man, or man/woman and junior on a team. Use the higher rating of the two players to select the appropriate division. LADIES ONLY division is just for women.
Time: 9:00A-9:30 Sign-In / Player’s Meeting 9:45A / 10A Shotgun Start
Layout: Everyone will be playing the white pads, 20 holes (includes 7A).
Love Bugs (Mulligans):
You can purchase up to 5 love bugs (per team) prior to start. Just add the love bugs to one team members registration. You will need to identify that you are using a "love bug" prior to the re-throw. $5 each or 5 for $20.
Ace Pot:
This is per player, not per team.
CTP:
This is per player, not per team.
Payouts:
40% of the registration fees will go to payouts. Payouts will be done electronically.
Scoring:
Official scoring will be kept on the UDisc App. If you do not have an account, be sure to download the app and sign up for a free account before the event.
Refunds:
• Full refund 15 or more days prior to event.
• 50% refund 7-14 days prior to event.
• No refunds if you cancel 6 days or less prior to event. BUT, all funds raised go to the Evergreen Series, so it’s a great donation!
Trophies:
1st place only in each division.
Sweethearts (Sponsorships):
Feeling lovey, but unable to play, don't fret cause we got you covered! You can play cupid too and share that love by registering as a SWEETHEARTS sponsor for $25.
