Hello Everyone and Welcome to the 2025 BigFoot Doubles Championships in Atoka, OK at one of the best hidden gem courses in the state of Oklahoma! This event is being run Ala WWE Style, with Championship Traveling Belts on the line along with showcasing and crowning the best doubles teams in Oklahoma!
Format
4 Rounds (54 Total Holes) as Follows:
Round 1 - Saturday Morning - 18 Holes of Best Disc Format - (Via Tee Times Starting at 7:30 AM)
Round 2 - Saturday Afternoon - 9 Holes of Worst Disc Format - (Back 9 via Shotgun Start)
Round 3 - Sunday Morning - 18 Holes of Alternate Shot Format - (Via Tee Times Starting at 7:30 AM)
Round 4 - Sunday Afternoon - 9 Holes of Worst Disc Format - (Front 9 via Shotgun Start)
Divisions
1. Pro Open Division - This is the Money Division - Top Players from around the Globe Welcome!
2. Mixed Open Division - Male/Female Teams
3. Women Open Division - All Female Teams
4. Am Open Division - Top Level Amateur Players
5. Am Intermediate Division - Intermediate Amateur Players (Two players PDGA Ratings must not exceed 1725)
Note: If a player does not have an established PDGA Rating, you must consult with BigFoot Mike to verify skill level!
Mulligan Opportunity
Players who Dress Up as their "WWE Character" will receive 1 mulligan for that round of 18 Holes. (Cannot carry over to the Final 9 for each round).
Layouts
B Pool will be Mixed, Women's Division, and Amateur Divisions will play the Short tees.
A Pool will be Pro Open Division which will play the Long Tees!
Financial Breakdown
$5 To pay for Trophies, Water, Course Setup, and to BigFoot for organizing the event.

Refund policy
2025 BigFoot Tour Series Event Cancellation Policy
Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.

Players who have paid more than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Weather Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
Ultimately player safety is paramount!!!
