The Wildcat Showdown is a PDGA C Tier, 2 round, shotgun start event at Fairmont Park Sunday, September 1st. We will play 2 rounds of 18 holes with the following perspective layouts:

-First round playing the short Fairmont yellows
-Second round playing the tougher safari layout the "FAIRMONSTER"

There will be two different layouts of FAIRMONSTER for pooled divisions. Pool A will be MPO/MP40/MP50/MA1. Pool B will be age-protected AMS, MA2 down, and all female divisions. Both layouts are available on UDisc.

All players are automatically included in CTP's and Ring of Fire. There will be raffles so make sure to bring extra cash! Ace Pot is available during registration. If no ace is hit, there will be a CTP throw-off for 50% of the ace pot; the other 50% is donated to the club.

T-Shirts are being provided to AMs, first-come first-serve. Sizes are limited and not guaranteed.

Check in: 8-9 AM
Players Meeting: 9-9:15 AM
Tee Off Round 1: 9:30 AM
Lunch will be for one hour and starts after the last card has finished
Estimated Tee Off Round 2: 1:00 PM

Your Company logo/Name and wording on a custom tee sign featured on hole(s) on both courses(YELLOWS/FAIRMONSTER). Please reach out to [email redacted] for any questions and to request your holes.

Pass through fees:
$2 per player PDGA fee
$3 per player event fee (i.e. event equipment, snacks, other items)

PAYOUT:

There must be 2 players in a Division to be awarded a payout. If there are fewer than 2, I will merge that division into the closest equal division. (Excludes Junior and Women Divisions)

Pros will receive payout through PayPal sent to the email provided by you.
Ams will receive merch payout to the onsite pop-up thanks to Albatross.

Any properly requested refunds before hole assignments are announced on August 31st will receive 100% of their entry fee back (Minus $5 and the DGScene Fees).

Any requested refunds after hole assignments are live on August 31st or No Call/No Shows for any reason forfeit their entry fee, if applicable.
