Pick up players packs and warm up at the High School Soccer Field (On your right as you pull into the parking lot near hole 1)
9:45am - 10:00am
Establish cards (max 5) and check in on Udisc. Quick group picture and players meeting. Proceed to starting holes.
10:00am - 12:30pm
Players will play their round with a shotgun start. 18 holes straight through.
12:30pm - 12:45pm
Awards and event wrap up.

About this tournament
1 round of play
Players may sign up the day of the event in cash if needed. Entry is the same at $20 or $10 for juniors. We will utilize UDisc scoring for the event so if you do not have an account ahead of time, please create a free account. There will be a backup if for those who do not have an account or are unable to get one.
This will be a 1 round of 18 event at Westmont Hilltop DGC to benefit our local veterans. Players packs will be premium custom stamped event discs from the house of discs lineup. Disc selection will be on a first come first serve basis the day of the event.
Layouts
Advanced - 18 holes of longs with added Hazard
Advanced women - 18 from longs
Intermediate and vets - 9 short and 9 long
Beginner and Juniors (under 13)- 18 from short tees.
The organization we will be supporting is Veterans Community Initiatives. Check them out at https://www.vciinc.org/ to see what all they do for our communities!
$10 of all registrations goes directly towards VCI.
Prizes will be made available to all 1st place finishers in divisions consisting of 3 or more. CTP prizes will be included for all divisions.
The event will be scored via UDisc scoring. You should be able to update divisions the day of the event if needed.
As this is a charity event, refunds will be made available in case of emergency. If you would like to donate more please reach out and thank you.
