About this tournament
The 2024 MVP Space Race is North Glen's first ever glow event. It will be a one round, points based, ace race style event. Players will receive a two disc players pack that are the only two discs you may use during the round. This event is geared towards players of any skill level as most holes will be between 120-180 feet. We will be taking card requests for groups of up to 5 players and encourage people to bring friends and family members who aren't as experienced. This event is aiming for a family friendly experience to set a good precedent for possible future glow events at North Glen.
-Two disc players pack provided to each entrant. Players may only use those discs during the round.
-Players Pack:
-Eclipse Streamline Range (2, 1, -0.5, 1)
-Total Eclipse Axiom Crave (6.5, 5, -1, 1)
-Watermelon Pitch no longer available from MVP (Has sold out for the year)
-UV Flashlights in three sizes are also available to add on for those that register by November 10th. You will need some sort of UV light to ensure your discs glow during the round. We may have some small flashlights for purchase after the cutoff date.
-Layout: 20 Holes, Rec to Short with 2 added holes.
-Format: Players will throw both discs on each hole and score various point totals for basket hits. If a player scores zero points with both drives they may attempt one birdie putt/throw from their best lie.
-Scoring:
-10 Points: Ace
-6 Points: Chains Hit
-3 Points: Metal Hit
-1 Point: Birdie
-Scoring will be done on paper scorecards as it is not a normal scoring round. It is recommended for every player to keep score to ensure accuracy.
-$5 optional Ace Pot at registration. Ace pot will be split between all aces hit during the round. If someone hits multiple aces they can earn multiple pieces of the pot. If no aces are hit there will be a CTP throw off after the event if time allows.
-Prizes will be awarded after the round that will include some combination of Lab Second discs, extra players packs or Watermelon Pitches.

Refund policy
Full refunds for requests made prior to close of registration (November 28th @ 7:00 pm). Partial refunds minus our cost for players pack after that date.
