About this tournament

The 2023 Winterlong Fall Classic is sure to be the most exciting one to date! Generously sponsored by local beer brewers, Winterlong Brewing, we will have cheaper admission fees for all players, specifically in the Junior divisions!
The event will take place over 2 days on September 16th and 17th, with assigned tee times. The estimate for these is between noon and 4pm. More specific details will follow as the event draws closer.
Your fee will include green fees for 2 rounds of golf, wrap up dinner and your players pack. Players packs will include a custom stamped Winterlong Fall Classic disc of your choice! Caddie booklet, as well as some other goodies.
Mandatory players meeting and player pack hand out will take place at Winterlong Brewing Friday September 15th, between 5-7PM. It is a drop in format between those times. This is a great opportunity to support a terrific local business that has sponsored the Classic in one way or another every year! This year as our main sponsor it is important to show them some MASSIVE love! It's also a great chance to hang out and socialize with fellow tournament players. Discs will be handed out as well as caddie books with any relevant information relating to the OB's, course specifics and other details. This will also aid in the speed of check-in on the day of the event.
Practice times are available Wednesday September 13th 3 pm to 4:30 pm and Thursday September 14th 3 pm to 3:50 pm. Those times will be booked with the Meadow Lakes Golf course and be an additional cost above the event.
The wrap up dinner and awards ceremony will take place following the final rounds on Saturday the 17th. Approximately at 6/6:30pm. This will take place, as in previous years, at the golf course. This year it will be possible to purchase additional plates for friends of family members. If you would like to do so please email Josh at the address listed below before September 11th at 6PM. We encourage you to bring some folks out as this is always a great time and a terrific way to wrap up the weekend of golf.
