2023 Veterans for Vets - Doc Cramer

This is a single round - unsanctioned tournament. TROPHY ONLY EVENT.

Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is a new event designed to meet three goals.

First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months.

Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event.

Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!

Player Packs:
Players will receive two discs (from Dynamic Discs, Latitude 64, and/or Westside Discs) with custom Veterans for Vets stamps. One baseline putter and one premium midrange/driver.

Players can use any PDGA approved discs. Not required to use discs from player pack.

If we get at least 50 players registered, we will be raffling off a Dynamic Disc Veteran Basket after the round. ($499.99 value). Tickets will be sold at event and must be present to win. We will also have other items in the raffle, so multiple chances to win something.

100% of net proceeds will be donated to the Barnegat American Legion - John Wesley Taylor Post 232.

DIVISIONS. If less than 5 players in any 1 division, we have discretion to combine division.

Cancellation 30+ Days Prior to Event = 100% Refund minus $10 processing fee.

Cancellation <30 days prior to Event = No refund - player pack subject to forfeit.

Day Of Event "No Call / No Show" = 0% Refund - player pack forfeited and not held.

Waitlist Policy - Waitlist players will initially pay a $10 non-refundable (no matter when paid). If promoted from Waitlist prior to the day of the tournament, you will be required to pay reminder of entry fee to be able to play in the tournament and receive a player pack.
