About this tournament
We are excited to host the 2023 Sunrise War Doubles at Picnic Island Powered by Spin City Discs. This is an opportunity to have a fun doubles tournament at one of the most beautiful courses in Florida and help us raise money to our entry fee and lodging at WAR. For those unfamiliar, WAR is a competition between disc golf clubs across Florida where players battle it out to determine who is the best club in Florida. The 50/50 raffle will be drawn after the round. Prize money will be split with the winner, and with the Sunrise WAR fund. There will be mulligans available for purchase Saturday morning at check in. $5 per person for one extra putt, upshot, and drive. The mulligans will be capped at 1 per person. All competitors will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Spin City Gift card for each member of the team, and will also receive a 10% off coupon to Spin City Discs! Sunrise also plans have a lost and found disc sale after the event.
DIVISIONS
PRO: Players who typically play MA1 or MPO in sanctioned tournaments, meant for players with ratings>935.
REC: For players who typically play MA3 or MA2 in sanctioned tournaments, meant for players with ratings <935
MIXED: Teams must be comprised of 1 male and 1 female player.
ENTRY FEES
$30 Per Team
-$15 to payout (Separate for each division)
-$5 ace fund (Will be donated to Sunrise Disc Golf Club War Team if no aces are hit)
-$10 donation to Sunrise Disc Golf Club War funds.
Optional: $5 50/50 Raffle

Refund policy
Sunrise Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. If needed, requested refunds before registration closes June 15th will be approved.
