Hub City Disc Golf Club is excited again to host The Hub City Halloween Open in 2023 as an A tier event! Year 7 for the event!
Schedule:
The event will be a 3-day event for all pro and amateur divisions, Friday October 27 through Sunday October 29, 2021.Each player will play 3 rounds, one round per day with tee times. If a pool fills we will consider adding players.
Pool A: 80 players
Divisions in tee time order: MA1, MP50, MP40, MPO
Courses played in this order: Pipeline, Holston, Holston
Pool B: 80 Players
Divisions in tee time order: MA50, MA40, MA2
Courses played in this order: Tyger, Woodruff, Pipeline
Pool C: 80 Players
Divisions in tee time order: MA70, MA60, FA40, FA2, FA3, MJ18, FJ18, FA1, MA3
Courses played in this order: Woodruff, Pipeline, Tyger
All divisions, a player must be PDGA member. All registration closes Monday 10/23 at midnight. The TD reserves the right to vacate an offered division due to a lack of registered players in that division (per PDGA rule 2.01.L). Any player in a vacated division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
Trophies:
Pros – trophies will be given to 1st place only
Ams - 1 to 5 players (1st only), 1 to 9 players (1st and 2nd); 10 or more players (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Am Juniors and Ladies - 1 to 3 players (1st only), 4 to 5 players (1st and 2nd); 6 or more players (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

On site at 1 course by Down South Discs
Ace Pool:
$5 Ace pool per pool. If no one hits an ace, then designated CTP in the final round gets ace money.
Pass-through Fees:
$4 per player PDGA fee
Waitlist: To go onto the waitlist you must pay full tournament fees. Anyone not getting off the waitlist will get a full refund.

Hub City Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
- Refunds and Withdrawals will be handled in accordance with current PDGA guidelines.
- Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
- All WITHDRAWALS will be charged a $5 administrative fee.
- Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.
