    Check in at tournament central at both courses. Please make sure to report to your first course (reference pictures section) in the AM. All players must be checked in prior to 8:25am to ensure an on time start at 8:30am.

    First round tee time at both courses.

    12:00pm - 1:30pm

    ESTIMATED BREAK TIME. This time will differ for each pool but will be roughly 1 1/2 hours after last card and will provide ample time for lunch and travel.

2 round PDGA B - Tier. 1 round at Picnic Island Park, 1 round at Cypress Point Park.
Players to move between parks at lunch. Pool assignments are in pictures section.

- $18 Voucher to be used to purchase any leftover product in our inventory (MOSTLY DYNAMIC DISCS WITH THE 2022 GCCO STAMP OR 2023 GCTC STAMP)
- $3 to PDGA
- $4 Park Permitting Fees



- True Amateur Event (no payout)
- Trophies will be awarded to top finishers based on # of total participants in division based on the following matrix:

< 5 | 1st
5 - 9 | 1st & 2nd
10 - 20 | 1st, 2nd & 3rd
20 - 30 | 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th

Refund policy

All withdraws will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. In all applicable areas where a handling fee is noted, Gulf Coast Events & Promotions reserves the right to retain $2 from each withdraw as a handling fee per PDGA rules.
