We enter the 8th year of the Big Rip Classic. The event has expanded to 4 courses and approximately 400 players for 2023. Each division will play 1 round each day over the 3 day period.

Eagles Landing - LBC Campground & Park
Eagles Nest - LBC Campground & Park
Arctic Fox - Paul B Johnson State Park
Desert Fox - Paul B Johnson State Park

MUST BE PDGA CURRENT TO PLAY IN & REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT

Early Registration for Sponsors begins on May 12th, 2023

Open Registration for all players begins on June 5th, 2023

This event will include an AM Player Pack valued at $150+ and Payout for Amateur Divisions. Amateur players will be able to use their payout at the on-site Ledgestone Pro Shop or online at Shop.LISopen.com.

Projected AM Payout over $14k

Added Pro Cash minimum - $7000
We will update the added pro cash as more is allocated. Pro payout will be done via Paypal within 12 hours of completion of the final round.

Saturday Player Party will be hosted at Little Black Creek Campground & Park complete with Professional Firework Show, Live Music, Food Trucks, & Local Beer.

Food Trucks will be on site all weekend

Pass-Through Fees Per Player $10 - Covers PDGA Fees & Daily Park Fees

Withdrawal policy will follow the PDGA guidelines for withdrawal/refunds. No player may offer or sale their spot to someone else.

Refund policy

Big Rip Classic LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) Aug 31st, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between Sept 1st and Sept. 17th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between Sept. 18th and Sept. 25th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after Sept. 25th, 2023 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Tee times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.
