Hello Everyone and Welcome to the 2023 BigFoot Finale! This is the 4th Year of this event and we are excited to cap off the year in Atoka, OK!!
Format
The BigFoot Finale will be run as a 2-round PDGA B-Tier for Ams and Unsanctioned for Pro Divisions Finale Event! 36 total holes. All Rounds will be played at Lost Loksi DGC (Atoka, OK)

The pro event will utilize live scoring from UDisc.
The am event will utilize live scoring from PDGA.
Note: For Pro Divisions will will have Paper Scorecards as well as a backup.
Eligibility

All Players signed up by 12/8 at Noon will receive a Big Foot Hoodie. Players missing this deadline will receive a second player pack disc.

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2023
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to BigFootDiscs(at)gmail.com. Cancellations more than 10 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 8 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
Ultimately player safety is paramount.
