The Big Foot Tour Series is excited to host its first B Tier event of 2023 season on Saturday February 11th at Buffalo Run Disc Golf Course in McAlester, OK. This will be a one day, two rounds of singles.

PDGA sanctioned B Tier Tournament with $750 Added Cash payout for Pros.

Check in on Saturday Feb 11th will begin at 8:00am. The first round will begin at 9AM and at the conclusion of Round 1 there will be a 1.5 hour lunch. The Final round will begin between 1:30-2:00pm.

Pro divisions will be awarded cash payout
Amateur divisions will be awarded prize payout.

First Round (singles):
8:00 AM - Player Check In
9:00 AM - Tee (assigned holes)

Second Round (singles):
Approx 1:30-2:00 PM - (assigned holes)

Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2023
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to BigFootDiscs(at)gmail.com. Cancellations more than 10 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 8 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

Weather Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.

Ultimately player safety is paramount.
