- Short tee pads are only on the par 4 holes.

PRO DIVISIONS WILL PLAY THE LONGEST TEES AT ALL COURSES (Blues at Nicholas Sheran) with the exception of FPO. FPO will play longs at Aperture and Peenaquim, and WHITE tees at Nicholas Sheran.

Amateur players will receive player packs, available for pick up on Friday, May 6 from 3-7pm, or any time Saturday, May 7 if you cannot make it to the park on Friday. Please note: Player packs will be first come, first choice for discs and t-shirt sizes.

Amateur prizing will be handled by Horizon Discs, online following the tournament.

Pro cash payments will be sent following the tournament by PayPal.

There will be no players meetings. All information will be sent to players via email prior to the tournament. Please ensure you are at your starting hole, at the correct course, at least 2 minutes prior to the shotgun start.

Vendors and silent auction will be set up at tournament headquarters, at Nicholas Sheran Park, starting on Friday.

CTPs will be at Nicholas Sheran Park on the Saturday for ams only and Sunday for pros.

Silent auction prize winners and CTP winners will be notified by email Saturday night. Please pick up any prizes on Sunday.

There is one tournament ace pot, and the ace pot will be split equally among everyone who hits an ace during the tournament, and has paid into the ace pot. If no aces are hit, we will do a draw for the ace pot following the tournament, for those who paid in.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Guests can make their own reservations online at www.sandmanhotels.com and book directly with the following steps:

Select the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge or Sandman Hotel Lethbridge, the dates you require, number of rooms, and the number of guests in the rooms, then click on Book Now. In the event that the hotels general inventory is limited the hotel may show no availability after you click the Book Now button. There will be a space to Add a Code.

Use drop down menu in the promo code box and select Web Group Code, then enter Booking code for hotel in the box below and click add.

Alternatively, you can call our 24-hour Central Reservations office at 1-800-726-3626 / 1-800-SANDMAN. In order to receive the correct rates, callers must reference: Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge, group number Booking code for hotel. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to secure any guests rooms.

Lethbridge Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued upon request up to 7 days prior to the tournament. After Apr 30, pros will not receive a refund and their entry fee will be added to the pro payout, and amateurs will not receive a refund but can receive their full player pack. Arrangements must be made for shipping (player is responsible for costs) or to have someone pick up at the tournament. No-shows will not receive a refund or a player pack. TD must be notified prior to the start of the tournament if you cannot attend. If you are waitlisted and do not get in, you will receive a full refund.
