Brant Disc Golf Club - Spring Doubles (League)

$60 COVERS EACH TEAM FOR PAYOUTS, ACE POT, AND CTPs FOR THE ENTIRE 8 WEEKS

This is the sign up for the 2022 Spring edition of our doubles league. This is not a tournament. See Flyer and pictures for all details.

This event is an 8-week flex league running from April 3rd to May 28Th 2022. We will rotate weekly between Paris disc golf course and Mohawk disc golf course.

Choose your division based off of the average rating for both players combined(Player1+Player2 Divided by 2=Team Average).

If a player doesn't have a PDGA Rating they will take a base rating of 799

Please use the honor system here. If you've been playing for a while and know your higher than a 799 please play to what you think you would be rated at.

White - Combined rating is 900+
Red - Combined rating is 850-899
Green - Combined rating is 800-849
Purple - Combined rating is 0-799

Tee assignments

White - Mix of long & short pads & baskets
Red - Mix of long & short pads & baskets
Green - Mix of long & short pads & baskets
Purple - Short tees only

$60/Team
That is only $30 per Player for 8 Weeks of League Play.
This works out to $3.75 per week! Less than a tour series disc!

All players must have a current 2022 Brant Disc Golf Club Membership. Memberships can be added during sign up or anytime at brantdgc.ca

LEAGUE RULES

1: ALL PLAYERS MUST FOLLOW PDGA PLAYER RULES, CODE OF CONDUCT, AND FOLLOW ALL PARK RULES

2: ACE POT AND RAFFLE ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT BCDGC CLUB MEMBERS

3: ALL TEAMS MUST PLAY WITH AT LEAST ONE OTHER PLAYER FROM ANOTHER TEAM FOR SCORES TO COUNT

4: SCORES AND LAYOUTS WILL BE DONE BY UDISC EVENTS EACH WEEK

5: TEAMS HAVE FROM 12 AM SUNDAY UNTIL 11:59 PM SUNDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO COMPLETE THEIR ROUNDS EACH WEEK

6: IF ONE TEAM MEMBER CAN NOT PLAY THE OTHER IS ALLOWED TO PLAY CALI WITH A TOTAL OF 2 DROPPED SHOTS A ROUND. THE PLAYER MUST USE 2ND SHOT.

7: IF PLAYING CALI YOU MUST PLAY WITH ANOTHER TEAM, NOT ANOTHER CALI

8: SCORES IN BOLD RED WERE PLAYED CALI

9: A TEAM CAN ONLY PLAY CALI FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 WEEKS AFTER THAT A SCORE OF 126 WILL BE COUNTED

10: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE A TEAM UP A DIVISION IF THEY ARE WINNING BY MORE THE 30 STOKES

11: A SCORE OF 126 WILL BE GIVEN IF A TEAM DOES NOT PLAY A WEEK

12: THE TWO HIGHEST SCORES FOR EACH TEAM WILL BE DROPPED

13: WINNING TEAM IS THE LOWEST TOTAL SCORE FOR 6 WEEKS

14: IF ANY TIES AFTER WEEK, 8 SCORES ARE COMPARED STARTING FROM WEEK 1 UNTIL ONE TEAM HAS A LOWER SCORE, IF STILL TIED AFTER 8 WEEK REVIEW, THEN A COIN WILL BE FLIPPED

15: LEAGUE PLAY WILL BE PLAYED AT BOTH MOHAWK PARK AND PARIS (ROTATING WEEKLY)

16: EACH SPRING/SUMMER/FALL LEAGUE WILL BE 8 WEEKS IN DURATION

OUT OF BOUNDS RULES
Follow the PDGA rules for playing OB

PARIS= Path on or over the entire park
Hole 9 and 10 = Long grass if your disc is surrounded by long grass (uncut grass) you are OB

MOHAWK= Path on or over the entire course
Fence the entire park if you throw over the fence you are OB
Hole 9 = plays as an island from tee pad * player must clear the walking path if not proceed to drop zone
