About this tournament

REGISTRATION: You must register by June 14th to guarantee your player pack. Those who register by June 14th will be able to pick up your player packs from my house as soon as they arrive. The fee is $35.

FORMAT:
TEE TIMES from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Must have a group of 3-4 to play, so if you are playing by yourself, please join a tee time with other players. One round of 18 holes at Arlington Sportsplex. Players are only allowed to use the three discs provided in the player pack.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL ROUNDS:
After you finish your round, if you would like to attempt another round using the player pack discs, you may do so at an additional charge of $5. You MUST begin your first round by 11:15 so you will have time to finish your 2nd round by 3:15. The individual's best score will be counted when deciding the final place of each participant in their respective divisions. Playing a second round will also allow you a second chance at CTP prizes.

CTP HOLES:
There are CTP prizes for $5. For every 4 people signed up, another hole will be added. So if 56 people sign up for CTPs, there will be 14 CTP holes. Currently, there are 16 CTP holes. Winners choose a new $20 or less disc from my inventory.

Dynamic Discs Prime Burst Agent | Speed: 2 Glide: 3 Turn: 0 Fade: 1

PRIZES

MenA The grand prize for the MenA winner will be a $50 gift card and trophy
disc.
2nd place will receive $35 gift card (if 5 or more players)

MenB The prize for the MenB winner will be $45 gift card.
2nd place will receive $30 gift card.

MenC The prize for the MenC winner will be $40 gift card.
2nd place will receive $20 gift card

Wom The prize for the Women's division winner will be $20 gift card.
2nd place will receive $10 gift card.

Jun16 The prize for the Junior 16 winner will be a new disc under $20 from my
inventory.

Refund policy

Daniel Zich is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. No refunds after June 11th. All registered players will receive the player pack even if they cannot attend.
