All AMs will receive a player’s pack with items such as a premium disc from Dynamic Discs, a tournament Dri-Fit shirt, a DD quick dry towel and other useful items. You can pick them up anytime from 9:00 AM to close on Friday during the Flex On The Farm, C-Tier or on Sunday after Round 3 at West Sixth Farm before or after the awards ceremony and raffle.

Payout: After your round, you can follow the PDGA leaderboard for your division. Once the final player for your division has completed their scorecard we will calculate winnings for that division and post the payouts soon after. Winners can redeem their winnings at the Bang-A-Chain tent which will be set up at West Sixth Farm on Sunday.

Scoring: We will be using PDGA.com/scores CODE:AMS22 to score all 3 rounds. 2 players per card should have their phones charged and keep score simultaneously. Any scoring discrepancies will result in an alert and should be remedied between holes. One player must submit their scorecard (with matching scores) before leaving each course. Failure to do so could result in penalties for all players on the card.

Ties: For a shotgun start, any 1st place ties will require a tie breaker. Player’s tied for 1st place must confer with the TD and play head to head on the designated holes (TBD by TD) until one player wins a hole. Prize amounts and any trophies for 1st place will go to the winner. All other ties will have the award amounts split evenly.

NOTES:
- Players must be at their assigned holes and ready to start play at the posted start time for each round. A two minute warning will be signaled by 2 horn blasts followed by a single long blast to start the round.
- At West Sixth Farm, players should plan on being on site and heading to their holes at least 15 minutes before the posted start time.
- Players who miss the initial tee off are to be penalized (Par plus 4) for every hole missed without exception. Maintaining a steady pace of play is crucial.
- Spectators and caddies must sign a waiver and adhere to all PDGA rules.

Per section 2.04 of the PDGA Competition Manual, Professionals rated <970 will be allowed to register to play in this tournament in any Division for which they qualify and compete for merchandise only.
