About this tournament
New for 2022, MA1 and FA1 divisions now offer a USDGC Doubles Qualifier!! Teams in MA1 or FA1 that wish to attempt to qualify will pay an extra $30 per team. Each player that pays extra will get a players pack from Innova as well as the players pack from Cross State Doubles!! The number of teams that qualify is directly related to the number of teams that attempt.
Course assignments -
Pool A (MPO, MP40) will play The Gorge Rd1 and River Run Rd2
Pool B (all other divisions) will play River Run Rd1 and Boulders Rd2
Pool A (MPO and MP40) will play Holes 19-36 Rd3 and Holes 1-18 Rd4.
Pool B (all other divisions) will play Holes 1-18 Rd3 and Holes 19-36 Rd 4
With 36 holes on both properties and food available to purchase, this years event promises to be much easier logistically.
No more driving between courses, hurrying to eat lunch, worrying about start times.
Now, players can enjoy food for sale at both venues, no outside interference from casual players or other park users, and a much more professional feeling event!!
Along with all those amenities, we can now offer more teams! 72 team limit!!
In fairness, this change has raised entry fees. $30 from each team goes to the private venues, Harmon Hills and North Cove. Maintaining world class private Disc Golf courses costs money and with all the benefits mentioned above comes a fee.
$15 extra per player hopefully will not deter attendance.
