About this tournament

This tournament is a fund raiser for the Ingleside Volunteer Fire Department (IVFD). Please bring a new, unmarked disk for a donation for the raffle. 100% of the proceeds from the raffle will go to the IVFD.

This tournament will be 2 rounds. One round on the Red course and one round on the Gold/Silver course.

Round 1 will begin at 9:00 am. A player's meeting will be held at 8:30 am with hole assignments.

Refund policy

BATADGA Inc. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2022 as per PDGA Rule 1.03

*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to 24 hours from the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
