Refund policy

Chase Underwood is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Before September 3rd: Full refund minus PayPal fees.

Before September 10th: 50% refund minus PayPal fees unless there is a waitlist at the time(then 100%).

September 10th to before end of player check-in: 25% refund minus PayPal fees unless there is a waitlist at the time(then 100%).

After player check-in: No refund or player pack.

If your custom hat has been made, cost plus shipping will be taken out of your refund and the hat will be sent to you.
