Morning Course tee times start from sunrise to ONLY 30 minutes AFTER sunrise, frost permitting. Note the Morning Course layout differs from the LVC layout.

    Player mixer, with snacks and drinks provided, and a 19-piece jazz band (Main Tent).

    7:00pm - 8:00pm

    Formal player's meeting, with question & answer session (Main Tent).

    Putting Competition Trials (outside Main Tent). Eight divisions, finals later in the evening during Player's Party. Around $100 in merchandise to each division winner!

    5:00pm - 7:30pm

    Player's Party (Driving Range). Free drinks, Driving Finals, Putting Finals, Raffle, Pyramid of Baskets, 9-Hole Mini Course.

    Formal tournament play (Round 4 for only 40% of each division). Tee time and course provided at www.pdga.com. No practice play permitted on courses. Driving area and practice baskets located on site (Driving Range).

    4:00pm - 5:00pm

    Award Ceremony for MPO and FPO divisions (outside Main Tent). (Other divisions awarded as soon as all division scorecards totaled and entered into system.) Silent Auction closes and awarded too!

Refund policy

Jacquart Events LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. The $10 wait list fees are NOT refunded. If the event is cancelled due to COVID or other local, state, or federal requirements, $10 of each registration will not be refunded to cover event set-up costs. Don't forget to deduct $5 if you are a 2021 LVDGC member!
