About this tournament
This year the Trailblazer will be played as a Pro/Am A-Tier.
The tournament will be played on five courses.
Champions Pointe at Lake Hiawatha Preserve
The Green Gauntlet at Palmetto Point Park in Eustis
Lincoln Ave West DGC in Mount Dora
Nature Park DGC in Mount Dora
Lake Hawk DGC at Lake Sumter State College in Leesburg
- The tournament will be 3 rounds played over two days.
- Players Meeting will be done digitally.
- Starting holes will be posted clearly online.
- PDGA Live Scoring will be used.
- Rounds will be a Shotgun Start.
- MA3 will be split into two pools for Rounds 1 and 2. The division will then be shuffled for the final round.
- Am Player's Pack TBA
- Am Payouts through Disc Golf Center
- Divisions must have minimum of 3 Players to compete.
- SCHEDULE OF COURSES SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON REGISTRATION.
COURSE ASSIGNMENTS FOR EACH DIVISION CAN BE FOUND IN THE "PICTURES" TAB ABOVE.
COVID-19 Participant Waiver
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The Lake County Trailblazer Driven by Innova, Matt Knight and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."

Lake County FL Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Players will need to request a refund 3 weeks in advance to qualify for a full refund.
