The Moccasin Lake Open is a 2 day, 3 round tournament held at Cliff Stephens Disc Golf Park in Clearwater Florida. The Moccasin Lake Open has been around since 1991 and continues to grow!
The layout will be 21 holes again this year. Normal play for holes 1-12, No hole 13, continue to hole 13b. after hole 16 you will follow path to the tunnel shot ( hole 17 ) then the hole after ( hole 18 ) , then you will work your way back towards the park with hole 22,23 and 24
The fun begins Friday November 8th with random draw doubles at 3 P.M, with early check in for the players beginning at 2:30 P.M. Saturday November 9th starting at 7:30 A.M we will be doing player check in followed by the brief players meeting. Round 1 will begin at 9 A.M. After the last card is turned in, TBDSC will provide lunch to the players and volunteers. Lunch will end an hour after the last card is turned in. Start time for the 2nd round will be posted on the TBDSC's facebook page. Sunday November 10th will begin at 9 A.M for the final round. No players meeting, players meet at the hole. Awards will follow the round.

This year we will also be allowing the players to PICK their own discs from what we order for the players pack! This means you will need to get to Cliff early to make sure you get the disc you want. Please bring your patience with you that morning.

Tee Pad assignments will be:
MPO- All longs
WPO- Long short long
MP40+- All longs
MP50+- Long short long
MP60+- All shorts
Advanced- All longs
We will also be doing a speed throw contest!! After you turn in your card for the 1st round you can head over to the warm up area and begin the contest. You will get 1 throw for $3 or 2 throws for $5. There will be 3 divisions for this, Pro, Am and women/juniors . You will also be able to throw after the 2nd round and before the 3rd round Sunday morning. Winners will be announced at the award ceremony. We will be paying out the top 3 winners from each division.
Don't forget to bring extra cash for the raffle!! TBDSC is back with another awesome raffle!! There are more items being added! Each weekend will have something a little different.

Hotel discount are available. We have partnered with The LaQuinta Inn off Drew Street and U.S 19. Rooms are available for $75.00 a night. When you call the discount will be under The Tampa Bay Disc Sports Club.
