2021 Sticky Fingers
About this tournament
We will be getting our fingers sticky on Saturday September 18th again this year in conjunction with the Lake Shore Park Rib Burn Off. This is always a fun 2 part event you can play in just the Birdie Bash, Part 1, or just the Scramble, Part 2, if you would like but to have the most fun I suggest playing in both. Great food, cold beer, live entertainment and tons of fun. We will be headquartered at the Rock Garden Pavilion - next to hole 13 baskets, above large pond with island.
Part1
Sticky Fingers Birdie Bash: Everyone plays from the red tees, you get 2 throws and the score is kept by points, 5 points for an Ace (hole in one), 2 points for a birdie, and 1 point for any shot that hits metal and does not go in the basket. You could hit metal off your drive for 1 point and then drop in for your birdie for 2 points so you would get 3 points for that hole. $10 to play and the payouts are cash!!
Part 2
Sticky Fingers Doubles Scramble: Bring your own partner. Three divisions to welcome all skill levels, recreational plays from the red tees and is paid out in discs, intermediate plays from the white tees and is paid out in Shoot the Breeze Disc Dollars, advanced plays from the blue tees and is paid out in cash. Mulligans can be purchased 6 for $5, with these funds going directly to the club.
Entry Fees: Red $5 per player, White $10 per player, Blue $20 per player
Registration is set up for the scramble with an option to play in the Birdie Bash. One partner registers and pays for both players. You will have to get reimbursed by your partner. If you want to play Birdie Bash ONLY, select that as your division and fill in your name for Team Name, Partner1 and Partner 2, but DO NOT select Birdie Bash as an option for either partner.
The schedule is tentative so we will try to get things moving along as quickly as we can.If your going to skip the birdie bash and just play the doubles scramble I would suggest being there before 2pm to get signed up.
