About this tournament
We look forward to welcoming players from across Canada and beyond, to the venerable Toronto Island course. The event will be held solely at Toronto Island consisting of one-18 hole round per day over three days. (total 54 holes)
To accommodate the highest level of competition, this event will offer 3 divisions for our Female golfers (Amateur, Open and Pro Masters). The Mens divisions will have 5 choices including Amateur, Amateur Masters, Open, Pro Masters, and Pro Grandmasters.
All players will begin their rounds at preassigned tee- times. The maximum size field will be 150 (commemorating Canada’s 150 birthday) with tee-times ranging from 8:00AM for the first card and the last card should be scheduled to tee off around 2:00PM.
This is a trophy award event for the Amateur players featuring awesome players packs and great prizes for our division winners.
Players competing in the Pro divisions will battle for a purse including $4,000 added cash and the title of 2017 Canadian National Disc Golf Champion.
For the first time in Toronto Island Maple Leaf history, this tournament is a qualifying event for the United States Disc Golf Championship, held in October at Rock Hill, South Carolina. Five entries to this prestigious event will be up for grabs for the top finishers.
