About this tournament
Field limited to 16. Bracket format. Each of six MiMPA member clubs will send two players to compete against the three top series points winners and the 2015 Champion. (To inquire about a club membership for the 2016 series, contact the TD).
Format is as follows: The tournament bracket will be set at 8:00 a.m. Tee off at 8:30. Each foursome will play two, back-to-back rounds of 18 hole matches. After the first round winners play winners and losers play losers. Those in the 'losers' match can earn points for their club toward the Club Championship payout.
Following a lunch break, the final four will play two, back-to-back rounds to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place while the other 12 players will play one 24 hole round of random draw, stroke play doubles.
