I am not really running this event, which is MUCH more than a doubles tourmanent. A group of local promoters are doing it to raise money for SOS Community Services.

In addition to the tournament, there will be bands all day, a beer tent, games of all sorts, including a corn hole tournament, a flea/fly-Mart, and more! They expect 150 golfers and another 200-300 partiers!

Day of registration begins at 11. You can register at the Throw Shop ahead of time. The registration fee is only $15 and includes a tee-shirt as your player's package. There is an Ace throw for a 42" Toshiba Plasma TV and for a couple of mights stay at the Eagle's Crest Marriott.

Format: One round of 24 holes, best-shot doubles, beginning around 1:30 pm. Three divisions:

Competitive - Pros and Am-1s
Recreational - Am-2 and Am-3
Novice - Am-4 or newbies

Folks in the Competitive division MAY be able to select a specific doubles partner for an additional $10 each; other divisions will be randomly paired.
