1st of Mini - Mini Disc Golf Event
About this tournament
One of Mini presents the 1st of Mini!
This is a Mini Disc Golf Event that will take place on Sept. 28, 2019 at Old Pike Country Club. We will create 2 beautiful and challenging Mini Disc Golf Courses using the entire existing disc golf course at Old Pike. Registration is available on dgscene.com
The cost to play in this event is $30. There are 2 divisions: Men and Women. You will receive an event Mini Driver and Event Mini Towch to hold your mini discs. You will also get lunch provided by Caddy Shack Pizza in NKC! To top it off we will be doing a raffle at the event, which you will receive 2 raffle tickets for signing up. More tickets will be available to purchase.
Check in: 9 am - 10 am Sept 28th 2019
We will play a round of mini disc golf on the first course starting around 10:30 am. After that round has completed, we will serve lunch. After a lunch break we will have a 2nd round of mini golf on the other course to decide the winner. There will be a cash payout for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Payout will depend on participants.
The Raffle:
This is where we think you're going to really enjoy the day. We are giving away some really cool prizes for the raffle drawing. We have Grip G-Series bags, a Discmania ProLite Basket, Cheech & Chong painted Skateboard deck, Collectible discs, minis and more!!
***You do not have to be present to win, but you do need raffle tickets!
Finally, this is a brain child of Fred Smith and Dick Parker. We really are just trying to find a new way to get disc golfers and non disc golfers together for a day of fun! We will allow up to 100 players in this first event. You can also request to play on a card with your friends, or we will make one for you for the first round. The second round, you will be put with people of the same score. This is a great opportunity to bring friends who may not play disc golf but are into something fun and different.
