Come join us for the 19th Annual Matt "HOMIE" Lovasko Memorial Championships at Lemon Lake County Park in Crown Point, IN on Sunday, September 12th. We're changing things up this year! This year's format is BEST SHOT BYOP DOUBLES!!! We're adding a sweet players pack, a minimum of $750 added $$$ for pro payouts, signature trophies, lunch available onsite, live music, playoff for CASH$$$ games and tons of raffles. This is the only HOMIE event sponsored and presented by The Donovan Family. Sign up early to reserve your spot in one of Lemon Lake's biggest disc golf celebrations of the year!! Fly on!

Refund policy
READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY!!!..
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event more than 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist.
- If the player’s spot is NOT FILLED !!!, LLFC will provide the 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY !!! . if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist.
- If the player’s spot is NOT FILLED !!!, LLFC will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who DO NOT play (aka a NO-SHOW), forfeit their entry fee and DO NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.

The COVID waiver is included with your registration submission. At the time this was published, the PDGA still required a COVID waiver be signed by each attending player.
Lemon Lake Flight Center is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
