- Groups on the course will be no larger than 5 people (up to 4 players and one scorekeeper and/or tournament official)

- Do not share your phone
- Do NOT pickup or touch anyone else's discs,bags,carts, equipment. If it is not yours DO NOT touch it.
- Tee assignments will be posted on the PDGA website next to your name the day before the event
REGISTRATION
Registration will be online only. Walk ups will not be taken at the park.
Registration will close at 8pm Thursday in order to set the tee assignments and plan for any changes that may be needed.
PAYOUT
Pro divisions will be paid via ( pending)
Trophy and Player Pack only for AM players
FORMAT

All players will be required to wear a "dri-fit performance or collard shirt" per PDGA guidelines.

Refund policy
Coastal Virginia Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
$5 fee for all refunds requested prior the the 48hr mark per PDGA guidelines
No Refunds will be given 48hrs prior to the event. Amateurs that back out will get their player pack instead if no one is on the waiting list. This event will happen rain or shine.
