Round 1 shotgun start. Pool A plays Bell Park and Pool B plays Fox Run
12:30pm - 1:45pm
Lunch will start as soon as the last card is turned in from round 1 and will last 1.25 hours.
1:45pm - 4:30pm
Round 2 shotgun start. Pool A plays Fox Run and Pool B plays Bell Park.
4:30pm - 5:30pm

About this tournament
2 rounds of play
One round on Fox Run and a second round on Bell Park 21 hole layout. Please note that the divisions listed in each pool are subject to change based on registration numbers. Both divisions will get to play both courses.
The players pack will be:

Metal MVP mini
First 80 players get a Battle at Bell Park dri-fit shirt. (Pros will get the shirt as well)
After the first 80 - the rest of the players will get something equivalent.
You must signup by Thursday May 21st at 10:00 PM to guarantee your shirt size
Minimum of $1,000 added cash for the pros.

Refund policy
Western Arkansas Flying Disc Association (WAFDA) is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Before May 23th: Full refund minus PayPal fees.
Before May 30st: 50% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)
Between May 30st and June 4th: 25% refund minus PayPal fees unless someone is on the waitlist. (then 100% refund)
After June 4th at 8:00 PM: No refund.
Before May 23th: Full refund minus PayPal fees.
