    Player meeting

    9:25am - 9:30am

    9:28 - 2 minute warning
    9:30 - Tee off

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    APPROXIMATELY
    1 hour break for lunch from when the last scorecard has been recorded

    1:30pm - 4:30pm

    APPROXIMATELY
    2 minute warning will be followed by the tee off and the second round of tournament competition

    4:30pm - 5:30pm

    APPROXIMATELY
    Awards ceremony with trophy presentations and amateur merchandise credit distribution
    Professional payouts will be completed online

Refund policy

Vicious Circle Disc Golf is responsible for issuing refunds.

There will be a $10.00 processing fee for any refund starting on 3/27/2024.

Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on 3/29/2024 and there will be no refunds after that time.

We will be using the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds policy for this tournament.
