Due to the overwhelming demand for disc golf related events this year, any player that gets onto the "Waitlist" will not have to pay the full registration fee and, by default, will not be able to make any other optional player pack selections. Instead, those players will only pay a $5 waitlist fee. Once that player is promoted into the event registration process, they will be required to pay the full amount minus the $5 fee and will be able to make the optional player pack selections.

$5 Waitlist Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

Being listed on the "WAITLIST" does not guarantee a spot in the event, only a chance to get into the event.

Due to time restraints on custom printing for apparel, the last date to register and choose your size and color of shirt will be Friday March 17th.
All players registering after March 17th will choose any available shirt upon event check-in.

This event is first and foremost about having fun and enjoying the company and competition with fellow disc golfers!!!

There will be 2 rounds of 20 holes played...40 holes in total!!!
There will be an added basket to accommodate all of the players...So the course will feature 10 holes instead of the normal 9.

This a "Trophy Only" event where the top players in each division will be awarded a trophy/award for their performance.

This event is a "Non Sanctioned PDGA Event" - whereby all participants should still adhere to the Rules and Policies of the PDGA in a competitive manner.

Each participant will receive a "Player's Pack" upon check-in.
Each participant will be provided complimentary lunch/beverages.

Each participant will get a chance to win a diverse range of prizes throughout the event including items featured in the Silent Raffle, Ring of Fire and CTP.

Keystone Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refund requests will be granted based on player cancellations leading up to the event.

15+ days until event wil get 100% refunded
8-14 days until event will get 50% refunded
NO PLAYER PACKS WILL BE GIVEN TO ANYONE THAT REQUESTS A REFUND!!!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN 7 DAYS (1 WEEK) OF EVENT!!!
