Welcome to the 12th Annual Buffalo Run Hosted by Big Foot Disc Golf Shop! We are excited to keep the Buffalo Run Tradition going strongly! We are gearing up for another banger event with tons of evening events including Am and Pro Long Distance Contests!

Event Format
This event will begin on Friday, Oct 3rd and will feature one round of 18 holes played each day via shotgun start for Round 1. The Second Round (Saturday) and Final Round (Sunday) will be played via Tee Times and Player Intros/Songs starting at 7am. The event will be a total of 54 holes.

Note: While Buffalo Run DGC offers numerous basket selections, the official decision was made to keep the one layout for all rounds to provide the most scoring separation. With a tournament this big, we want to make sure everyone has ample opportunity to practice and prepare for the tournament and their focus to only be on one layout!

Rounds 2 & 3 - Tee Times & Player Intros
This event will feature Tee Times during the Second Round (Saturday Oct 4th) and Final Round (Sunday Oct 5th) with Player Walk Up Songs and Player Intros by DJ BigFoot Mike!

Divisions with at least 3 players will make a division.

Am Player Pack
The First 110 Ams will receive (2) two Premium Discs, a Buffalo Run Patch, a Buffalo Run Koozie, a Buffalo Run Pin, and BierKraft Beverage Voucher for a Free Drink at the Player Party.

Before Sept 3rd at Noon, Players who signup will receive two Bonus Items which include a Buffalo Run Hoodie and a BigFoot Bonus Custom Buffalo Run Jersey.

Note: After Sept 5th at 12 PM Noon, the Hoodie and Custom Jersey will not be available, however, the two premium discs along with other non apparel items will be given to Ams which will exceed the 110% player pack value A-Tier Requirement.

BigFoot Double Bonus for All Divisions - All Registered Players Signed up by August 22nd at Noon will receive a Free Entry into the Road to the Run Flex Start C-Tier event on Sunday September 7th. Note: Winners of Divisions with 12 or more players will receive a free entry into the Buffalo Run A-Tier Event!

Refund policy

2025 BigFoot Tour Series Event Cancellation Policy

Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.

Withdrawals should be sent to bigfootdiscs(at)gmail.com

Players who have paid more than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
